I was referred to Theralogix supplements for kidney stones. I placed more order online with a discount code. The order arrived quickly. It is an auto-refill but I chose that option. After seeing the complaints here, they seem customer service related. I had no issues and would think cancelling auto-refill online is easy as a click. My wife and I had been getting their COQ10 and cancelled the subscription 2 days before it was SUPPOSED to come out. The subscription came out the next day and shipped out the day after that. My wife called them and they told her they would refund the amount after she used their label to return the product. It has been 2 weeks since tracking has shown the product being returned and they still haven't refunded our money and are now not answering any phone calls.Review from nelly s

I ordered Ovasitol from Theralogix and it did ship out initially within 2 days as promised. After that, it sat in a warehouse 20 minutes from my house for almost a week, and after inquiring and calling more than once, finally received my shipment. Upon unboxing, the canister had clearly been tampered with (lots of loose product clumped under the plastic seal near the lid). After contacting customer service and sending pictures of the issue, they did agree to issue a replacement canister. They instructed me to dispose of the canister I received. Before doing so, I decided to open it out of curiosity. When I unscrewed the top of the lid, I found that the paper seal on the opening of the container was actually ripped up, and it appeared like a significant amount of product was missing from the inside. I called customer service to let them know, as I was very concerned at how this could have happened if proper safety inspections were in place. Due to the inconvenience and the significant delay in my receiving a safe to use product that I paid for, I raised these issues and requested to be compensated in some way for my troubles. Not only did they refuse to waive the cost of my order, but they also refused to provide any sort of discount or other small benefit for having dealt with poor product service. I’ve never received something in that condition before and I’m frankly shocked that the company wasn’t willing to offer anything as a courtesy for this misstep on their end. The worst customer support ever. I have reached out numerous ocassions for my missing item. Via email. via phone, via chat and have had me back and forth with my cc company and usps because they refuse to solve my issue. It has been over a month and as usual same generic response, check with your local post office, contact post office they cant find nothing and tell me theralogix needs to reach out. I have ordered my supplements for years with them and honestly looking for a alternative as this is insane.Review from Dee U

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order! I ordered supplements on the advice of my doctor-- the supplements were supposed to ship between 2-5 business days. I followed up since they had not been shipped on time and they said it would take an additional couple of days Eventually the package was lost and theralogix refused to replace or refund the money and told me instead to dispute the charge with the credit card company. So shady and so freaking terrible! Also if doctors/providers are making money off them through the referral code, shame on them! They should stop using this company!Review from Rifka R

Please delete my review on Aug. 12th. I contacted them and it was a case of miscommunication. My problem was handled very well by customer service. The only excuse I have is I am old and not feeling well!Theralogix LLC Response

Extremely disappointed with the customer service side of this product. I’ve been taking the theralogix prenatal vitamins for the duration of my pregnancy. I’m 9 months pregnant and due in days. I was excited to see that theralogix also offers a postnatal supplement and so of course I ordered it. It was scheduled for delivery on 7/28/23 but never arrived. The first person I spoke with said that it was the post office had trouble delivering it. I have had no issues with deliveries previously so this was weird. She was rude and short, saying there is nothing theralogix can do…it’s a postal service issue. In the meantime, I tried multiple times to contact the post office. No luck. Called theralogix again, this time I spoke to a much more friendly lady who was more helpful and shared that they would send out another shipment at no charge and expedite the shipping. After never seeing a change on my account or any shipping notification, I called back again. I was told it would be sent but it’s “being looked into” and the request takes 24-48 hours. In the meantime I stopped at the post office…they didn’t have the package. At the 48 hour mark I called again because still no email or change on my account. It was a super frustrating call with a customer service rep and her supervisor, Yolanda. In summary, it’s my issue to deal with. The lost shipment would not be credited back to me and they would not send out a replacement unless I repaid for it. I’m supposed to have a baby in DAYS and there is zero support in figuring out a solution that benefits me and my family. I inquired multiple times about how customers are protected and if their products are insured in the mail. Apparently they are but this doesn’t offer any protection to a customer?! Makes zero sense. Wouldn’t insurance cover sending me a new shipment? You can clearly see it was never delivered? The response I received from Yolanda was “no” and that she’d be out product and 90-something dollars.Theralogix LLC Response

I have used Theralogix for YEARS. I like the supplements, but they have completely hidden my subscriptions in my account. I can't see them or change them. I also can't see my payment. It is a nightmare to make changes. They are very predatory. It wasn't always like this. Maybe they were bought out by someone. Even though I like my supplements, I'm canceling everything as soon as I can get ahold of someone.Theralogix LLC Response
