    The people who work here are liars and embezzlers. They fabricated a whole array of lies to cover their own wrong doings. On March 7th, 2024 I made an appointment to get an oil change done on my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL. I made a 2pm appointment just to find out that there was a 3-4 hour wait for my car to even be looked at. I called from 5pm-7pm to check on the status of my car. A woman picked up and told me to hold but just hung up on me every single time that I called. They did not call me to tell me that all mechanics go home at 5pm or to inform me that my car would need to stay over night. I had to take an **** over at 7pm and ask sales to have a service staff member come back and get my keys. They gave me a receipt and said that I did not have to pay for my oil change because of their mistake. I went back the next day, 3/8/24 to retrieve the cover to my left rear rear mirror and when I asked the service manager why it was missing, they told me that they do not know. The service manager the next day allotted me a $300 credit I received the $300 credit in writing and he visually showed me a note being put into my account stating that I had a $300 credit. On 9/12/24 I called to ask if I could use this credit towards a new service and come to find out that the note stating that I have a credit to my account was deleted and the ex service manager is no longer working there. ***** *****, why are you making promises that involve financial value without any follow though? You people are crooks and should be ashamed to have responsibility over my investment. I understand that ***** does not work there anymore but the new service manager refused to speak to me today and has not responded to my voicemail. Thank you to the kind gentleman that help me today and visually showed me my account on his computer but your sorry excuse of a manager needs to stop being a coward and award me my credit.
