Attempting to look at rental homes listed by Real Property Management Pros ************ *********************. It is a website to find show time, give pitiless of id front and back as last step. However goes to another page requiring you current address AND REQUIRES you social security number just to view potential rental home. System will confirm you and time set up but cancels your showing at very last minute with no explanation. Happened to me 4 times when at the location in the driveway for self show appt!! How can social security number be required to view a property? It is a management company taking advantage of people in vulnerable situation.

I moved on May 2022 the ac didn’t work it took three months to get the ac replaced in the middle of summer raising my bill to the point it was disconnected because I couldn’t pay , my toilets have been running since we moved in still yet to be corrected my water bill is outrageous , the house had an addition on the back which we used as a den that had an obvious leak when it rained causing heavy amounts of black mold to build up yet I was told they had it fully Inspected ( not true) the room had to be bulldozed down and debris and nails left behind for me to clean up and ridding me of the extra space. I’ve only received a $100 comp off my rent even with all these issues my rent is still $1750 and we don’t have a working toilet in the house .

We were charged fees for management and transition between tenants. We also paid extra for legal protection by this business This company is charging us 750 dollars because of their inability to document damage to our property. They have failed in their responsibility as a management company. We are asking for a full refund of close out and transition costs, estimated to be 9000 Dollars.

The tenant moved out, and had a dog and there was smell of dog and cat at the property. During turnovers, we held the tenant responsible for this and charged towards the SD,to refund the owner.

3 years later, this tenant put a complain in Court for the security deposit charges (at this point we were not longer managing this property) we went to Court and we agreed in front of the judge to refund back $500 to the tenant. This IS A JUDGE ORDER.

We contacted the owner requesting the $500 back + $250 for the Court Hearing Representation and she is not agreeing to pay this back. She said we should be responsible to pay for this. She is confused with the *** (Eviction Protection Plan) that she used to pay and we have already provided all the information she asked including an invoice for the charges.

So its not us that owe her money, she actually owes us $750.  Please note that we are no longer managing her property and have not been for quite some time.
