Horrible 3 hour wait for adjustments. Never got denture right 5 months unable to chew food. Used term b.s. to describe their appointment times ask to leave and take my money back. They took the teeth back and I lost alot of travel time and money for nothing. Do not use them they are unable to get it right and treat you like cattle.

The service is terrible had a appointment and still was not seen for 2hrs had to come back that evening and waited for another 2 hrs. After getting the partial that evening could not wear them because they were rubbing on my husband gums. Came back the next day to get them fix arrive at 11 and was still waiting in the waiting room after 5. Such terrible service. The girl that filled in for the front desk lady was nice. She did her best to get us in early but they kept moving us to the end. It made us feel like because we had already paid our money we were not important. I really don't even want to give the 1 star.

They did not give a proper fit on a lower plate and I paid a lot of money at a oral surgeons office and have two implants. I have tried numerous times and now the dentist that did my work is no longer there. I have called headquarters several times and they do not return my calls. I can't even wear my plate or eat regular food because I have a horrible sore where the plate rubs. I had to suffer through pain at my son's wedding and it's not fair. I have a four year warranty and have no way to get it honored.

Dr. Mike is not a very pleasant dentist. Pulled my tooth with out my mouth being fully numb. Even though I told him I was still feeling pain. Now my mouth is infected I went back to see him and he said pus coming from an extraction site is normal. Ummmmm, no. The front office staff is very nice.

25 years previous to going to affordable Dentures I had bone cancer in my lower jaw. Surgeons had to remove a portion of my lower jaw. I went through 5 years worth of surgeries to get back to somewhat normal.
Flash forward to present. When I filled out paperwork I listed my past. Also they did x-rays of their own. So they were completely aware of what they were dealing with. I was only getting an upper denture, and during the visit where the dentist was only putting the forming agent on the roof of my mouth he told me not to stick my chin out. I replied that I wasn't. He went back to work. Then he said it again. This time though he gave me no time for a response. He cupped my chin in his hand, and pushed straight back forcing my head into the headrest. Outcome breaking my jaw straight down the center. I called them the within a few business days after going to my surgeon to notify them.I've have 2 surgeries already and still have at least two more. All I have asked is for a refund. I've not tried to sue them at all. Their reply is the only way I can get a refund is to sign a form stating I will not sue. I don't intend to but I still have 2 more surgeries. Anything could happen to me so I'm not willing to do this. I would never go anywhere that does not care about their patients health or well being.
