Dr. ********************** S. is rude AND over-talk me as I was exposing a lie (on insurance coverage) . Currently, Dr. ********************** owes me $300 and an apology but there is an ego in the ****** my request to have several tooth implants done I was only given the option to have a CBT scan performed from her staff. No more casting imprints by a mouth guard. However, the high price of $500 , on-the-spot, was pushed upon me before any further action would happen.I asked, on two separate occasions, if any parts of the CBT's $500 was covered by my dental insurance - one staff person said no after she received word from the office insurance contact worker and another staff person also said there was no insurance coverage. ********* comes the lie. In a follow-up, I contacted my dental insurance provider and they stated "yes" that *** was covered and up to $250 - also was given the insurance claim "code 0364" for ********************** to *******, I have used cash to cover a claim that was insured. I trusted ********************** and staff and would have been out of $250 hard cash based upon being in the dark. Sent Dr. ********************** 2 email letters about this lie - seeking a refund and apology. No response. My last ditch effort, I personally approached Dr. ********************** and staff at Hyattsville office, they gave no reason for ignoring my emails and still lying about the coverage.I asked a $250 refund and ********************** stated she will not do the refund. I asked why as I handed her the copy of the $500 receipt with the printed insurance code "0364" Dr. ********************** then wrote on the receipt - 9310 things that were never disclosed CBC7 - - - - Fee Discussion....which to date I have not received* + Surgical guide ....has not been explained to me yet**.
