On July 30th I ordered to bars of hyperpigmentation soap from Konjo Naturally. They sell different beauty care products from other black own companies. This was an international shipping order to the UK. The shipping methods provided included ***, and USPS. I chose *** for 40 dollars 2-3 day shipping. The USPS was 27 dollars and some change. I received tracking information around the 3rd or 4th of Aug. At this point I noticed my items would be arriving by USPS not ***. I then send an email to Konjo Naturally asking for clarification on the shipping methods....please read the following messages. Can you please explain your dhl 2-3 day international shipping method? My order was shipped out today however I would like to know when I will receive my items here in London. I placed the order on July 30th. Thank you. Kind Regards, ******* The reply..... Hi *******, Thanks for shopping with us! Where did you see *** shipping? Did you purchase through ********? We ship with the United States Postal Service. When your order reaches UK customs it will be the local UK post office delivering from there. Best, Helena The Reply Hi Helen, I ordered directly feom your website. The option for 2-3day shipping was available so I chose it. I understand that the usps will hand over to British royal mail. What I want to clarify is my extra payment for the 2-3 day shipping option. If I dont receive my items in 2-3days am I entitled to a refund on the shipping cost? Thank you in advance. Kind Regards, ******* The reply... No, you are not eligible for a refund on shipping. International orders don’t qualify. At this point in the conversation I realised that she has no intention of fixing her errors. She didn't seem to be aware of what her website offers customers in terms of shipping and she is the owner. Furthermore if her USPS shipping cost 27 some odd dollars I've over paid because I chose the 40 dollar *** shipping method that I'm not even receivingBusiness response

Hi! We shipped the order via a different method and reconfigured our website to discontinue international shipping since. Thank you.
