Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/04/05) */ ***Document Attached*** Please find my response at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vXB0Zaz0thE1QwT6gf0ODZ5P7TVZyNHTC3sJbw2o7ac/edit?usp=sharing I have also attached a copy of the same document. I am available for further discussion at any point from the BBB or Mr. Wharton. Mark****** Inbound Revenue Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/04/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The bottom line of this complaint is I never agreed to not have control of my landing page...I was told it would be merged into wordpress. This is how most seo companies operate. They say one thing to collect the payment and deceive people in the end. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/04/14) */ The client is clearly confused. A) We are not an SEO company. We are a PPC/Google Ads agency. Two entirely different things. B) We offered to provide the client with the Unbounce landing page that we designed (beautifully, I should mention) that he could upload into his own account. We also offered to host the Unbounce landing page for a year and integrate it into his Wordpress website for free. It makes no sense that we do all this work to just "withhold" it from the client. I plan to email a link to the landing page to the client today that he can upload into his own account. The client didn't email a complaint or all and leave a VM. I shared the last email that I received from the client in my previous document. This is a waste of everyone's time. He has the campaign we built, I'm sending the link to the landing page that he can upload into his own account and he clearly doesn't understand the difference between SEO and PPC. We not only don't misrepresent our work we go out of the way to explain it clearly on our website (https://inboundrevenue.com/unbounce-landing-page-design/). We state on our site that we design Unbounce Landing pages and "We Can Assist with sub-domain/WP integration" which is exactly what we have offered to do, for free. Thank you, Mark ***** Owner Inbound Revenue Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/04/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I understand clearly the difference between SEO and PPC Ads. Inbound Revenue does not have the expertise setting up PPC Ads and outsources out the work to India. Inbound Revenue said in the beginning they would merge the landing page into my Wordpress then when finished they could not merge the landing page. If I'm not getting a full refund then BBB please close this case. I will write reviews on this company so other people won't use this company...
