I initially wrote a review about this place and gave it 4 stars. However, even though the doctor and assistant were great, the receptionist staff is so unprofessional. I have been having issues after my surgery and tried calling multiple times and left messages. No one ever picked up the phone or called back. Finally 2 whole weeks later, I finally am able to get through. They set me up for the very next day. I get there and they tell me that they are not able to see me today and scheduled me for a week later. So, I am still having issues and having to just deal with it. I have PTSD and major anxiety regarding the dentist. So, I am already a nervous wreck leading up to the appointment. Now, that is intensified even more for another week. To: Better Business Bureau <info@mybbb.org>I was finally able to get the care needed and the doctor and assistants were amazing. However, the front staff who were responsible for all the delays and issues in the first place acted as there were never any issues to begin with.
