Happy to support a veteran! Doc and his team provided excellent work for us! We had some old rotted doors that needed to be replaced and they got the job done within 2 days. He gave us a thorough breakdown of prices for all projects we wanted and didn't pressure us one way or another, but instead was very neutral and made great suggestions. MSH Home Improvements is a wonderful company to work with. In a little over 3 weeks everything was done for a basement remodel( room/ laundry area/ and bathroom). First an appointment was set up for an initial walkthrough to ***** the area. The initial consultation took over an hour. We were given ideas for the remodel and were explained what could work and the reasoning on how to make it a functional area.A few days later a contract was given where we worked out details and finalized start date. When the work progressed it was very easy to communicate with the owner. The turn around time to emails/text messages was exceptional... no wait times... or ever being on hold. The crew that came into my house was respectful of my property, polite, and skilled. They updated me on the progress daily and what to expect the next day. If I had issues or concerns they were addressed immediately.The basement looks great and already had friends / family come over that enjoy spending time in the newly remodeled area.The finished product is beautiful and we are very pleased. We definitely will use MSH for other home improvement projects.Review from James W

I had a bathroom renovated by Doc and the MSH team. They did a fantastic job, they are very responsive and deliver what they say the will. I highly recommend MSH for any project. I have more projects to do and they will be first on my list for a quote.

We had a fair amount of water damage and MSH did a wonderful job of identifying the cause, developing a plan to fix it and executing it. Doc also worked with us to provided the necessary documentation to the insurance company. Our house feels like a home again and we are extremely pleased with the results. Alessandra; we were so pleased to have the outcome of your damage to have a complete resolution that the other 4 prior contractors and insurance agents could not fix in your leak. It turned into a much larger project because of the difficulty with finding your leak. MSH is pleased to announce that not only did we find the leak we were able to fully repair the damage from the leak!

MSH Signature Home Improvements was recently contracted to remodel our Living Room that had last been remodeled in 1991. We are so glad that we chose MSH. The entire experience, spearheaded by project manager Doc, went smoothly and quickly. We really appreciate the way Doc proved that he heard our primary pain point - the room lacked ample lighting. His design concept included a gorgeous ceiling light fixture along with coordinated wall sconces, and additional recessed ceiling lights. He also envisioned accent lights in the wall niches and muted colors for the walls and ceiling paint, the flooring, baseboards, switch and outlet plates. Carlos, Roberto, Bobby and all other MSH crew members were professional, courteous, prompt, thorough and very considerate of our property. They did an excellent job and even finished ahead of schedule! We are very satisfied. Those who have seen the results tell us how beautiful it looks. We recommend MSH and look forward to using them on other home improvements in the future.Review from Marlene B

Being that our kitchen was the most used part of our home, as in most homes, we desperately needed an upgrade to our kitchen after 30+ years. We contracted with MSH Signature Home Improvements to bring our kitchen into one that would be beautiful and more functional for years to come, and they delivered that for us! Mr. Mann and his team made improvements to areas the builder had incorporated that were, in our opinion, substandard. We are very happy with our new kitchen and have received many compliments from family and friends. MSH Home Improvements also painted the entire first floor of our home which was needed as well and gave it a bright clean look. I have hired MSH Signature Homes for two projects and they have done a great job on both. They refurbished a out building by replacing the subfloor, some joists, roof, added siding and more. The old building now looks new. Doc is easy to communicate with and flexible. The team arrived on time, was courteous and completed the project faster then was estimated. The second job was painting the exterior of a two story house. Paid attention to the small details of a older home. Again they did a excellent job. Complements from all the neighbors. I learned about MSH Home Improvements through a referral. Mr. Marin and his crew were welcoming, polite, understanding and professional. The staff showed up on time, and on schedule. They were respectful of my home and left it the same as when they arrived. I appreciated that. The transformation of my kitchen is unbelievable and I am in love with it now. I learned about MSH Home Improvement from a referral. I was interested in remodeling my kitchen. Mr. Marin and his crew took on the job in September 2022 and it took about a week to complete. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful of my home. They answered all my questions about renovating the kitchen. I would be more than willing to hire MSH Home Improvement for other projects needed in my 27 year old home. I want to thank Mr. Marin and the crew for a job well done and I look forward to working with them again.
