I have used a base Ikea Waldorf for many years this year has been the worst my car was stolen and taking there for repairs. Upon receiving my car back there was broken glass in the driver's seats and on the floor parts were missing from my car no one has yet to address my concerns. After having my car for almost 2 months. And yet they rcvd the money from my insurance company I will never recommend them or return to them!

I will ensure that no one ever buys a vehicle from here again. My daughter purchased a Kia Optima from Bayside Kia in late December 2022. She came in per-approved and purchased her first car on her own. Unfortunately, on January 2nd 2023, her vehicle was stolen. After thirty days, her insurance company decided to mark it as LOSS and pay it off. Navy Federal Credit Union, where the loan was from had never received the title from the dealership. come to find out that Maryland MVA never received paperwork stating that the vehicle was ever sold. Bayside Kia NEVER PROCESSED THE PAPERWORK. My daughter goes to Maryland MVA and finds this information out. Upset and totally frustrated, she goes to Bayside Kia of Waldorf. While there, they are stalling and attempting to process it while she waits. But because the vehicle is stolen, the Maryland MVA will not accept the paperwork. Bayside Kia then directs everything to their Tag and Title Department. Mrs. Kim Peregoy is the point of contact. Ive left voice messages numerous times and all i get is either a human voice stating that she stepped away or an answering service. The general manager Mr. Chris A***** has stated he will call back, but never has. Once this business gets your money, they are totally done with you.

I have had 35 suv cars and this is the worst vehicle, that I've purchased. I purchased a 2021 Sorento. Problems with windows and door locks, child proof locks, the engine is still on after cutting the car off, Sometimes the radio won't play and the handbrake phone sometimes don't work. I asked service for a loaner car last week and spoke to service tech week before that. I am at Dealership right now. All customers have been given updates on their vehicles but I have to go to them and ask. Every customer is long gone. New customers have arrived and get updates on their vehicle but I have to ask for information on my SUV. I feel looked over since arriving at 9:15 and it is 2pm. I am recording the problems for my SUV in case something serious happens to me while driving this Kia Sorento. Nobody cares at this dealership. I'm so sorry I purchased this vehicle. My car payment is up to date and feel you should pay me money to drive this expensive vehicle
