In march of 2021 My vehicle was towed to the ******** *** ********** location for work to be done on it. The vehicle was diagnosed with the timing chain having completely falling off, work on the entire system needed to be done, water pumps, and a catalytic converter were included as well. My car was at the shop until may of 2021. With the added information that the new timing chain had been put on and taken off multiple times while the technician had been trying to fix my vehicle. I had requested numerous times that someone else become the technician for my vehicle and was constantly told that he was the only one who could work on it. When it was time to pay I again announced my concerns about the level and quality of work. The ** gave a promise that he work was good and I would have his guarantee that if anything happened he would have it fixed immediately. I paid $4,100 and change for the work. I have only had my car for a year and was unable to drive it for the duration due to other reasons. recently my car started spitting oil through a small hole in the top of the valve cover right above the timing chain. Within 3 days and multiple purchases of oil the hole grew into a massive hole where the timing chain was eating at it. I had it towed back to the shop and their answer is they are not responsible, that the timing chain which is coming out of the hole is still functioning, and now my engine needs to be replaced entirely due to oil everywhere. Upon visual inspection the timing chain tensioners and guides are not correct and the timing chain itself was massively loose. I requested that they repair the damage to my vehicle for this timing chain and they want me to pay for it, and provide me with a working vehicle until the work is finished.Initial Complaint

I took my car for repair as my check engine light was on. The Dealer gave me two different diagnoses before confirming what was wrong with my car. They also suggested fixing my air bag since that light was on as well.....well almost $1K later my car has the same issues. I'm not able to go through emissions because of this issue. I tried reaching out to the Dealer where we played phone tag as I work 12 hour shifts. I would like my car fixed and an apology...or just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. I hope that you can assist me in getting resolution! Thank you...
