      on June 28th, i reached out to Amaya to purchase a wig from her, i pad her $407, after couple days i asked her to send me the tracking number and she told me she would and never did so after a week or so i asked her for a complete refund, she refuses to send it and gives me the run around whenever i ask for it

      I bought 2 wigs from this business. The owner is an esthetician and she makes wigs. Her main instagram page is _beautyluxebar and the wig page is wigkouture_. I have since been blocked from both pages. However, I bought 2 wigs from her through Apple Pay for $755. I received the 1st wig, which was a deep wave 28" wig for $375. Mind you this wig's texture is in no way worth $375 and was not as advertised!! However, the issue does not stop here. I was also given the excuse that the post office workers in Baltimore, MD have also stolen my 2nd purchased 30" wig for $385 out of my package 2 times now!! The business owner either is lying and did not send my 30" wig out of malicious intent or she did nothing to prevent the issue from occurring the 2nd time and has yet to refund my money for this mishap. I attempted to text her and she has changed her personal number. The number I provided with this case is one that is connected to her instagram page @_thebeautyluxebar. I have also tried DM'ing her and she has blocked me from both her main and wig instagram pages. I bought both wigs on November 25, 2021 and I am still out of 1/2 of the wigs, being the 30" wig and out of $385. This whole process of shipping my wigs has been ****!! She mixes her personal issues with business ad ghosts customers after they have spent their hard earned money! Please help me in this situation because this is not fair and she is giving black owned businesses a bad name! I want a refund for the whole $755 I spent due to both defective merchandise and non-receipt of goods. Please help. Feedback will be great. Thank you!
