      Waiting 6 months now for an engine to be put in. Still no answer as to when! Only 1 mechanic to do it and he still can't get to it! Still making monthly loan and insurance payments on a vehicle we can't drive! Why take vehicles when you have no mechanic! 6 months now!

      We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the number of technicians available to work on your vehicle. We have several techs that can replace the engine in your vehicle. However, your service contract company will not give us permission to do the work. Our service manager has reached out to you hoping you could convince them to change their mind but until they do there is nothing we can do. Hope everything works out for you.

      My car needed to be fixed from getting hit, I chose Charlies even though I had to wait three months for my appointment. My appointment time came and they told me at the appointment that they could not fix my car anymore because I didnt purchase my car at Charlies. When I asked why they couldnt call me to let me know this, they had zero response. They didnt even so much have an apology. The time that I wasted meant nothing to them the fact that I didnt have another dealership ready to fix my car. Also meant nothing to them. So what tells me is that this company really doesnt care about the people that they help or sell cars to. All that matters to them is the bottom line and not the people that they are supposed to help.

      Customer came into the dealership and accosted the Manager. After screaming at him for several minutes without allowing him to respond, she was asked to leave. Customer continued to scream at him and was told to leave or the police would be called. It is an unfortunate situation but we refuse to let any of our employees to be abused by anyone, including customers. This customer is not allowed on our properties and the police will be called if she returns.
