On April 6, 2023 at 5:54 I placed an order from the Augusta Dominoes for a Medium hand tossed two topping pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, classic garden salad, and cheesy tater tots. My email confirmation said the order would be delivered to me hot and fresh within ***** minutes. At 7:12 PM the delivery driver pulled up in their white jeep and placed the order where I had requested for contactless delivery, and I proceeded to bring the order in to consume. None of the hot items were hot, they were not even **** warm. The salad was limp and room temperature. This has been happening more often which is why I have not been ordering as often as I used to. The store was closed, so I could not issue a complaint, and I wasn't interested in the store offering me a free replacement of my items, as I would just get cold food for free so it seemed a moot point. As stated below for desired resolutions...if they can provide what I originally order as they guarantee, hot and fresh, then a simple replacement of my order will suffice. Short of that, a full refund will be sufficient.Customer response

This business is called Dominos, Uses Dominos.com and there app to supply business with orders but is not apart of the supply chain so when it comes to keeping up with orders they cant. They instead yell at the customer, cancel there order and take weeks and sometimes months to repay the money back on canceled orders. This specific location not only gives Dominos q bad name but its operating under a false assumption it is a Dominos store. I personally ordered at this location on the Dominos Application and or the website Dominos.com and where the order was estimated to be 45 minutes on a busy day it took 3 hours! Ontop of that I got told its just an estimated time! This is unacceptable for a business and it has gone down hill fast since owners have switched.Customer response
