This company does not respond until they need something from you, then they will act as if you are the problem and send nasty messages. Communication with them is downright non-existent and they are impossible to get in touch with. We found them when looking for a cleaner for our ****** and on first impression they seemed nice and professional. We spent over 1.5 months asking them to send a contract and direct contact info after meeting them in person with no reply. Once we were within a month of opening the property, they finally sent us an email with a contract, but it did not address many of the aspects that we had initially agreed upon in person. It took us 3 days to review the contract since so many aspects did not match what was discussed in person, which immediately prompted them to send a very nasty email stating that they were waiting on us to sign the contract and that we were not getting back to them fast enough. We then sent a follow up email with several questions so we could get clarification on the missing items before the first cleaning. They did not respond. We sent another email and received no response. At this point we only had a few weeks until our first ***** was set to arrive and despite multiple failed attempts, we could not get them to answer an email or a phone call. We finally decided to go with another cleaner due to their lack of communication so we asked for them to please return the boxes of expensive linens that we had shipped to their office in anticipation of working with them. It has now been over 8 months and we still have not been able to get in touch with them and have even asked over email and several voicemails if we can just pick the linens up at their office. They have not responded to any communication. This company is completely unprofessional and we do not recommend working with them. No matter what you say, they will gaslight you and claim that they have done nothing wrong. This is not how a business should be run.

If I could give zero stars I would, they did a HORRIBLE job, used for my ******* they left the place filthy and then denied it even with pictures and then questioned why I had someone go check and take pictures after they cleaned. They showed up at 3:30 to clean for a 4pm check in, I had to frantically hire someone at an emergency rate to come in and clean so the place could get done as soon as possible so my guests could get in, and they still had the nerve to charge me for the clean! Then when we finally cancelled them they fraudulently charged my card without authorization! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them.

We paid $580 for a deep cleaning. We were so disappointed when we came home and realized this company didnt do their job. The definition of deep cleaning is all surfaces will be throughly scrubbed. The owner even came to our house ahead of time to look around and give us a quote. My husband and I both told him what we wanted done and they only vacuumed and did a half a** job mopping. I even took pictures when I got home. There was no dusting, washing walls, washing windows, washing cabinets, nothing. So they charged us an outrageous amount just to vacuum and half way mop. I highly recommend you to not use this company. Now Im out all that money and have to deep clean it myself.
