Cottage rental 9/22/2023 to 9/29/2023. Was renting from same company the week before and decided to stay longer in Maine at different cottage that was available. Trusted company to be fair from previous experience. From their website price should have been about $4500 for the week. I received no invoice before they billed my credit card $6492.32. I protested charge and was told I would get a refund. Did not receive an invoice by email until 9/28/2023 even though it is dated 9/25/2023. Bill was reduced by $1000.90. But invoice has excessive and bogus charges compared to previous rentals from them. I believe I can show they overcharged by $1600. Have asked for $900 refund. They are refusing. I would like your help getting fair refund.Customer response
