A wall hung boiler was installed in a new build that did not work. I contacted the person that installed the boiler (Highlands heating), was given the run around stating it is the builders issue not his. After weeks he came and stated it needed a part, weeks later after NO communication on his end with the homeowner he came to replace the part leaving the unit STILL NOT working. He stated he would not be back if this did not work. He should not be installing boilers in new homes if he refuses to fix his work.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. He left my property a month ago after not properly repairing the boiler he has a warrantee on stating he will not be returning to fix any of the thigs he installed (incorrectly installed- I hired another company to fix the boiler needing to re wire the entire unit as well as re piping a incorrect drainage pipe that was draining directly into my foundation) Again this is a new build house, and this should have never happened.
