I have reached out multiple times by email and their contact form on their website and have received no response any of the times. I ordered sports pictures for both of my kids and payment was taken from my account for both orders right away as well as from fall of 2021. I have not received any of the photos I paid for and have 3 orders with them. No response when asking about the orders.Business response

My sincere apologies for not responding to your emails!While I miss emails because of the shear volume, I did not find any from you when I searched by name.
I have refunded your payments for sports portraits of **** and ******* from soccer in the fall of 2022 and the fall of 2021. You should see refunds shortly in the amounts of $22, $22 and $48.
I have placed the order at our lab for 2 - 3x5 magnets and an 8x10 of each of them for each season four sets of portraits. I am having those portraits mailed directly to you at ************* ******.
Based on the frustrations reported by not only you, but other parents, we have changed the way we handle sports portraits, starting with the recent winter sports. Going forward, parents will be able to view and order the actual finished images, which will then be mailed directly to their homes. This should ensure orders are no longer missed !
