On 12/20/23, I made an online purchase from this business. Instead of receiving the Disciple GO energy capsules which cost $39.59, they sent me a bottle of Super Krill multivitamin which is $29.50. I emailed them and received a response on 01/05/24 with an apology for this mistake and they will send me a return label to do the exchange. Its 01/18/24 and I have yet to receive this return label. I emailed them again on 01/16/24 advising that I have no received the return label and that its been almost a month now since my purchase and I want to get this resolved. Instead of a response, on 01/18/24 I get an invoice from this company asking me to pay an additional $16.00. So instead of doing the exchange/return, theyre now asking me to pay for the item that they mistakenly sent to me rather than giving me a return label. They can send a return label and at this point I just want a refund for the energy pills which I paid for.
