Ordered a mug from this business. Total was $38. Item delivered was not the item shown in the picture/description on sellers website. Seller refuses to process return because she says all sales are final. I would agree with those terms if the item she sent to me was as depicted but it was not. Can you please assist me?Business response

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.
The mug shown in the description box that I purchased was satin in glaze. The mug I received was high gloss in glaze. Also the mug I received did not have the artists initials stamped into the mug on the bottom, instead it was written in pencil which will wash off after first use. I am requesting a full refund for this item, as it is materially different than the item that was advertised.

Hello,
The reason the mug was on sale was that it was different than the normal glossy glaze, as described in the product description. See screen shot for product description that describes "glaze imperfections" and "difference in sheen" regarding sale item that she selected.
The initials on the bottom were not written in pencil that will wash off, as the customer stated, but a special underglaze pencil that is fired and stays on the piece. Besides which, no where in the description does it claim that the initials would be stamped.
Reference second screen shot for Terms page that describes return policy, which is also stated on checkout page.

I am attaching description for the item I purchased as well as a pic of the item from the sellers website of the item I thought I was purchasing. The website photo clearly shows a satin finish on the glaze on the outside of the mug. As well, the description mentions minor glaze imperfections. A glossy glaze on the mug I received is far past a minor imperfection it is a different finish altogether and one I would not have ordered if the description on sellers site were accurate(shown in attched photo). Additionally, the makers **** on the mug I received is not an underglaze, it is written on top of the fired **** in pencil. I tried to upload a photo exhibit of this but the BBB site would not allow further. Essentially the item in the photo I ordered is not what I received and I believe this is unfair and am continuing to request a full refund from seller.
