      This company denies claims without justification, freezes your account, and essentially holds your money hostage. I was prohibited from withdrawing MY funds from investments for over 6 months. Their customer service agents do not have a clear understanding of how insurance works or the calendar year. I was treated with contempt when I tried to explain that the ** feature to transfer funds from investments was failing. There is something shady going on here.

      Paid my own money into a HSA for parking allowance and they will not give me my balance back since I no longer work for that company awful customer service cant even understand the guy on what hes saying.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. There is essentially no customer service. The poor representatives who work for Wex are given no resources to actually solve problems - they cannot escalate, they cannot connect customers to other departments to resolve issues, etc. The only option for feedback is to call customer service, which then leaves you with more issues than you started. Whoever runs Wex should be ashamed to show their face in public.

      Terrible company to do business with. Initially paid my claim then several weeks later denied it saying they needed a copy of the receipt even though the payment was made at a doctors office! They then suspended my benefits card that had way more on it than they claim was owed to them.

      I'm overjoyed to see this rating for this awful WEX company. This company is an absolute dumpster fire. That does not care about their clientele's health care. I've submitted dozens of itemized receipts and they still continue to deny my claims. Just off their own whim. I've contested several wanting follow up. I get the same computer-generated email responses. Along with over the phone they all sound like they don't know what they're doing. An absolute disgrace. My healthcare needs aren't being met by any means. B/c they continue to deny claims that should be justly paid for. Per my receipts. If you can avoid this company please due. You'll have nothing but headaches.

      I am incredibly disappointed with Wex. As a customer, *** never felt so disregarded by a service provider. I wasnt aware that a $4 monthly fee was being charged while my card remained unused for five months. These unnoticed fees added up to $20, and Wex didnt even attempt to contact me about these charges during that time. When I finally called to address the issue, the customer service representative had no valid explanation for why there was no outreach. Even worse, they had the audacity to say this is how they make money! Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, they refused to waive any fees, leaving me paying an additional $92 on top of the accumulated charges. They clearly have zero regard for customers and seem more focused on squeezing money out of people rather than providing quality service.

      ***** doing business with this company. Every year I try to use my FSA card to pay for medical bills and they deny 100% of the time forcing you to jump through hoops to provide the same information multiple times to prove that it was legitimate expense even though the bills are direct from healthcare providers. Then they will lock your card preventing any further use so they can confiscate your unused money at the end of the term. To make matters worse, they will also force you to pay back the portion that caused the claim denial, even though it is already your money. The entire operation is a scam. I have also called multiple times now and waited on hold for 30 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. How this isn't criminal behavior is beyond me. I will never again participate.

      They are a horrible company and their customer service is awful. After dealing with three separate ***** they all sound like they are underwater and are clearly not trained or from this country. I do not say that lately, but it is impossible to deal with a difficult subject when someone does not understand anything that you were saying, and it is impossible to understand them. I waited on hold for an hour for a supervisor and conveniently none were available. The same receipt I had been using for eight months somehow no longer is acceptable. I believe that they are scamming customers and using the money for other things and this is why they dont want to release it immediately. I am so fed up, but Im unsure what to do other than potentially file a lawsuit to get my money back from them.
