I ordered a collar for my golden retriever the end of November for Christmas. When I had not received it I purchased another. However I would have been happy to keep the collar for next year but it was not what I ordered, it arrived three days before Christmas and I wanted to return it for what I had ordered. I tried to reach the company by phone and email. No answer by phone(mail box full) so I attempted to send it back. At my expense I mailed it off. Today **** returned the package because their post office box was full. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied and I now have the collar that I dont want and am unable to reach them or get a response.Initial Complaint

On Oct. 8, 2022 I ordered 3 items from Agatha & Louise and $62.85 was charged to my Discover account. I received an email that my order #***** should be delivered within two weeks. On 10/29 I inquired via email to see if it had shipped with no response. I called and left a voicemail, which was never returned and each subsequent time I call the mailbox is full. On 12/21/22 I received part of my order with a note saying due to a death they were no longer in business. Nothing stated if the rest of my order would be shipped or a refund for the rest of the order ($42.90) would be given. I have emailed them and sent a letter to them as well. We ordered a glass Christmas ornament on 22 October 2022 from Agatha and Louise. We received an email on 18 November 2022 saying it was shipped and our credit card was charged for the $47.95 cost. We didnt get any other update so I emailed the them on 18 December asking for an update. No response received. Since then I have called their business number multiple times, up to and including 3 January 2023. Each time we get a response that says their voice mail box is full and not accepting any more voice mails.Customer response

I placed an order on 10/02/22 for two dog collars. I received a confirmation email for order *****. The money was taken out of my bank account and processed through their e-commerce platform. I waited a number of weeks, but did not receive. I followed up multiple times by email, but through the email address and through the email function on the website. I also left voicemail messages on the number that was included on the website. It goes straight to voicemail. I have not heard back by email or by phone. I have not been refunded the money. I have looked at both my bank account and PayPal and see that the money was taken, and never refunded.These are the totals that were listed in the email confirmation that I received. Purchased a dog bowl for $45 online on December 1, 2022. Have attempted to leave a message and contact them on their phone number listed on their website. The mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I would like a refund of my money I need acknowledgment that the refund is on its way. I purchased a dog leash from Agatha and Louises online store on July 25, 2022. The total for the item was $30.00. I received a confirmation email from the company on July 25, 2022 indicating receipt of the order as well as an order number (#*****). Since the purchase date, there has been no change to the order status. Online it is still reported at Awaiting Fulfillment. I have tried to contact the company multiple times via phone using the phone numbers listed on their website. Each time the phone has rang through to voicemail where I have left a detailed message regarding the current situation and requesting a call back with my contact information. The last attempt to contact the company was on Saturday August 13, 2022. I have not received a message or call back from the company. Per my bank history, my credit card has been charged and there is no way to cancel my order via their website. I am extremely disappointed with this company and would like my money refunded.Business response

I placed an order on June, 4 2022 with a price of $22.95. I received confirmation of the order #***** and the funds left me account. I have called and emailed this business in search of my product but have not gotten any response.Business response
