Dear ********** Please reconsider your decision to deny us an extension to interest only payments on our home equity line of credit. Our bankruptcy was not our fault, but the fault of an unreputable debt consolidation company that forced us into bankruptcy. If the truth is upheld, then we should not be held liable for a false estimate of our credit. all but one of our home equity payments have been made on time. Once again, we plead with you not to hold us liable for the criminal conduct of others. I have written ****** pages on the use A.ircrete in new buildings and would appreciate your consideration of the fate of our nation should you continue to stonewall progress to our great nation. Thank you for your services. -******* and *************************Customer response

On 11-25-2022, Camden National Bank lied to police and made a false police report about me and my wife. This false report involved allegations of disorderly conduct. I was never given a copy of the police report, or any written statements by Camden. On 11-25-2022, Camden National Bank illegally canceled my wife's debit card. Then on 12-06-2022, Camden Bank illegally froze our checking account, and then stole $97K from our account, and then closed that checking account on **********. Camden Bank did this to us due to racial discrimination. I am hispanic. All the employees are white. ***** is the whitest state in the nation. Camden National Bank stole $97K from me and my wife. Camden Bank has not provided any documentation regarding why the stole that money, and why the closed the account. I'd like our money back, and an apology from Camden National Bank in writing for closing our account illegally, and lying to police and making a false police report. I'd also like all documentation from Camden National Bank regarding this ordeal. It's been a year since this happened, and Camden National Bank has been asked many times to provide this information.Customer response

I have a loan from Camden National Bank for a two-unit apartment building I have at ***********************************************************. Since the beginning of 2022 I have been transferring an additional $500/month to the loan to pay down principal. I instructed the bank specifically to apply these payments to principal.I later found out that the bank had not been applying the payments to principal, but had instead been applying them to interest. I have asked them to reverse this incorrect application of the payments, and though they have agreed to on the phone, they have not done it and they have ignored countless requests to show that they have done so. I have called and called, emailed and emailed, and though ***********************, the loan origination officer, has been helpful in trying to get it resolved, he has been unable to get the loan servicing department to act.I am trying to pay off the loan and they will not tell me what I owe. I am continuing to pay interest on the loan while they demur. I first contacted *** about this in early March. Here's what I require from them:1) All extra payments that I made and requested be applied to principal are actually applied to principal. Then they show me proof of this change.2) All extra fees and anomalies with recent statements such as a statement in which an extra $1,000+ in fees were added and no money went towards principal are adequately explained or the anomalies are reversed.3) All interest paid on the account from Mid-March is instead applied to principal when I pay it off. This makes up for the fact that they have not acted swiftly to correct their error, and have continued to charge me for this error.Initial Complaint

Dear Sir/*****: I accidently deposited $350 to much when I made a transaction with Camden National Bank. The bank said they would not forgive me of my mistake, citing policies they had in granite. I am poor. It seems that policies are more and more favoring that the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. This under the auspices of a system where only the strong can rule. The bank said their lawyer sent me a letter stating a policy change with my account. I or my wife never recieved it. Also, very conveniently for the bank, **** my wife and I's personal information is incorrect. So, the bank further took measures to keep their policy information a secret from us. Furthermore, I am a sociologist. I've written **** pages on Aircrete as a building material and the affect of objects on people. Millions of Europeans live in Aircrete houses (insulationg concrete), but it's against the law in most places in America. A soaring dome ceiling costs $60,000 to be made of cement years ago, but now with Aircrete it can be built for practically nothing. Imatation stone can be added to assimulate a stone house. One 94 pound bag of aircrete costing about $20.00 witl make 40 to 50 gallons of Aircrete. It's self leveling so floors don't have to be power trowelled. Ajircrete if legalized could beaurtify and make America much more efficient financially. But, *********************** at Camden National Bank stands in the way of that progress. Dear, ***** please over turn all these errors that have happened and refund my mistaken overpayment.-*****************************
