Hired company to vapor blast and repaint two 10k gallon fuel tanks at airport. Company failed to return as promised to finish painting the tanks. Tanks remain unfinished at this time and we will have to hire another company to complete the job that we already paid in full for. company has refused to return calls, emails or texts. Seeking that the job be completed or a refund in the amount required to finish the job.

This is ************** returning a call from Aqua Blasting and reference to ***************************. Last year in October we did a job for him. I have pictures of before and after we completed the job, we did exactly what we were supposed to do, we got paid for it. He was trying to get us to come back and do some additional work and wanted us to do a 3rd or 4th code on some of those areas. I told him if there is an issue with the coding, he needs to take it up with the coding manufacturer. We guaranteed it for a year. It is been over a year. So like I said, I have got 15 before and after we did our job and he is been bombarding my social media pages and obviously Better a business. He my ****** page with negative reviews, and this happened a year ago or more so.

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

***********;statement is a flat out lie. His claim that we wanted extra work done is nonfactual, and no conversation of that nature ever occurred. In fact I ensured our conversations were documented in texts or emails to one another which clearly show that this was not the course of conversation at all. Also phone records will support that no verbal conversations took place. And of course, he would have to actually be here to have an in person conversation, which his absence can be substantiated as electronic gate access with his assigned and encoded gate card would have occur for him to have access to the facility. The area is also under 24/7 video surveillance.

I have ALL of the text, email, and or fakebook messages to and from **** beginning the day we began our conversation seeking his services right though when he said he was to be returning to complete the job and did not show up. Phone records will show that these are all of the messages that transpired between the two of us. I would be happy to legalize and submit all of this, which given his response is necessary anyways as not only has **** shown that he is willing to conduct business in bad faith, he is also willing to formally put in writing blatantly false claims in which we can easily disprove.  It seems now we will also have to pursue legal action through our city solicitor in addition to publicly lodging this complaint of bad faith on his part. We were hoping to avoid going in this direction, as we had more faith in **** to conduct himself as an honest person and to do what was right given he was improperly paid in full for the job prior to its completion. This is a clear case of "took the money and ran".

The messages I have will clearly provide in detail factual evidence that support that **** was to return, and ****'s agreement to return, in the spring to complete the job in which he was hired, and **** agreeing that it was not complete given the cold weather was not conducive to complete the job and that he would return in warmer weather in the spring. The messages show I made contact in the spring with **** when it warmed up and into the summer, several times, and **** stating when he would be coming to COMPLETE the job, no mention of any additional work....

Id love to see the pictures **** claims to have of the COMPLETED job, as those do not exist as the job was not finished and to this date the tanks clearly will show that remains the case. Picture evidence will support (attached) that the cabinets of the tank were not completed. The tanks are clearly "unfinished" at best. If he wants to claim them as being "finished" Id welcome anyone who would like to hire **** to come look at them to see the quality job he does on his completed projects as there is clearly no paint in numerous areas.

When **** did not show up the week he said he would he also stopped responding all together. He never at any time mentioned any dispute he had with our claim of the job being unfinished. Electronic messages, emails, and phone records will further support that he did not respond given our multiple attempts to contact him. This is exactly why additional efforts were made to contact **** though his business ******** page requesting he contact us, which was how we discovered **** to begin with. Later on we did leave a poor review on ****** as well as Yelp, as it was well earned given ****'s dismissal of our concerns and his failure to respond in any way. We gave **** many more opportunities than deserved prior to engaging alternative options of gaining a response, including this very method. THIS is the first response of any kind we have seen since his last message to us dated June 26th at 09:05am stating "I keep thinking I do, and then I check the weather forecast. We've been working around the weather for the past two months it seems, and its got everything jammed up in terms of a schedule. The next possible date may be the beginning of next week for any change of painting weather." This was in response to my message to him dated the same date at 09:05am "Do you have a date?".

Others deserve to know that this is the type of individual in which they would otherwise be engaging in business with.

Try again ****... but this time remember that we can disprove false claims with supportive evidence.

      Regards,
      *****
