I used to be a client with ******************************* who is a personal trainer. I signed a contract for 12 months and have requested to terminate the contract on March 8th via text message to the personal trainer. I had requested a copy of my contract on March 6, again on March 7 and did not receive it until an in person meeting on March 15th. Contract reports that if the client decide early termination then they will owe half of the remaining months. This trainer did not meet the services that were paid for. I was paying $510 a month for personal, in person, 1:1 training with progress meetings every 4 weeks, body measurements, coaching which involves motivation, support and encouragement when required (2e on guarantee form). I did not receive messages asking how I was doing, check ins either. We verbally agreed on biweekly check ins which also did not occur. ********* reported during meeting that this was the clients responsibility. (A copy of this meeting is recorded if needed). This personal trainer did not provide any coaching whatsoever except a few in person sessions in 2021. In person training was no longer available after the holidays as the trainer was recovering from multiple surgeries. The price of the program was not decreased. The written schedule was always forgotten and incorrect. There copies of data showing few documented training completed by myself, my reasoning is that I did not receive the coaching or motivation or support needed to get the workouts done. I paid for a training coach and was only provided the workouts to do and no coaching or support to do them. The trainer is now demanding payment to be made by 3/22/22 or else legal action will be made. Per attached documents, trainer reports she will charge my credit card the total amount of $1,291.50. She reports a signed written documentation was needed reporting my cancellation.m with payment. An opportunity was given to sign documentation. I request to not pay anything as services were not rendered.
