We purchased a puppy from this Kennel on 07/09/2022, the seller posted an ad stating that the dog was house/crate trained, could be left alone, doesn't chew, up to date on vaccinations. None of these things were true. The dog was not house trained in the slightest, and absolutely not crate trained. I was fearful to leave the dog in a crate when I had to go to work because I thought he was going to hurt himself if I wasn't there to watch him. I communicated all of this with the seller and she said he never had these behaviors at her house, which I find very hard to believe. He was ripping my current dogs fur out when they would play, and chasing our cats all around the house. Unfortunately, this is not the biggest issue with this dog. The dog had worms and we have photos that show that. Our current dog started having bathroom issues and being lethargic so I looked more closely at the puppy we purchased f**** and there were living worms in there. This dog was not fit for sale and should never have been sold to us. We were misled about the behavior of the dog and most importantly misled about the health of the dog. The seller did take the dog back into her custody on 07/16/2022 and I have called animal welfare to report this, but she refused to give us a refund of $600.00 that we paid for the dog, which I believe we are certainly entitled to. I will attach pictures of the contract we signed, as well as text messages I had with the seller, and the ad that she posted advertising the dog.Customer response
