Purchased a Rack for a Dodge Ram 2021. I did not see that there was a classic style or new style box to click on the side of the ordering web page. Honest mistake. When attempting to return this item I was told that it would have a 25% restocking fee!!! This is an outrageous sum. I tried to negotiate this fee. I stated that I already needed to pay for shipping on this to send it back. That I also worked for a municipality and it was unacceptable to waste the ratepayers money. I heard crickets on my response. I sent another email a week later and heard no response again. Next, I tried to call. There is no customer service option on the phone tree. You have to know a person to talk to them. I finally started a chat and the same person who ignored my emails was on the chat. He told me all the same things and only apologized that he could not do more. He suggested I sell it myself. Selling publicly owned property requires lots of work. Duramag has very poor communication. A confusing website when ordering. And even worse customer service.Initial Complaint

I am an employee at a dealership that ordered parts through duramag for a customer of mine. They have charged the company credit card but have not sent an invoice or receipt. they will not pick up the phone, i have tried calling about a dozen times and have been left on hold until the phone rings out to voicemail. I have left multiple voicemails as well as sent multiple emails with no one ever attempting to get back to me. I am at a point that i do not believe this company has any intention to honor their end of our transaction and i cannot even get ahold of any one to issue a refund.Initial Complaint

Bought a truck dump bed from ******************* a dealer for DuraMag located in ** on 9/23/21. The aluminum is pitted and the metal hoist and sub frame is rusted. The warranty on their website says that it should be covered. I have been trying for 4 months now to get them cover this warranty problem. So far they refuse and say that I must have got something on it. I did not drive the truck anywhere different than I did my car, and it is just fine. They are also saying that they purchased the hoyst from someone else and that company does not warranty it. That is not stated in their warranty either. I have pictures if you would like. Please help me get this resolved or my money back.Thank You ************************* ************ **************************
