We had **********s car on a lift. Her boyfriend demanded the car back. He threatened me with bodily harm and cussed out my mechanic. There was nothing else for me to do. Have not heard from ********* again.Customer response

I bought a 2011 Buick Enclave April 1 2023 I was told at time of purchase that the vehicle was in great condition. That it had been regularly maintained. That it was a second vehicle so it wasn't driven much. The vehicle had been inspected and there were no issues. I took it into ***** Buick August 10' 2023 for a oil change, check the heated seat, and air conditioning. Air conditioning and heated seat haven't work since I got the vehicle. Reached out to **** ******* at Mighty Motors got very little reaction. When it got to ***** Buick they discovered massive amount of problems. Engine issues, rear end issues, oil leaks, etc. Original estimate thousands of dollars. I has come to light over the last couple days that my vehicle was inspected at *****, and they reported the issues that needed to be addressed back to Mighty Motors and those issues were not taking care of before purchase. I don't feel I should be financially responsible. I have reached out to Mighty Motors twice being told they were going to get back with me. Haven't heard from them. The lead tech I am working with at ***** is ***** ****. Please look into this manner. I was sold a vehicle that is not safe without all these repairs. Thank You! **** *****Business response

Company advised BBB that you purchased the 2011 Buick as-is, but also purchased an extended warranty which did cover approximately $8000.00 worth of repairs, however the warranty did not cover the AC or the heated seats. They have no control over the terms of the warranty.
