On October 30th I went to my local Arbys and purchased two large value meals costing $29.64. I waited about 10 minutes thinking I was going to get fresh food but it turned out they had me waiting solely for a fresh chicken patty while letting the rest of the food sit out in the bag getting cold. I filed a complaint through Arbys.com and was followed up by someone at my local Arby. They sent me 3 coupons for 3 small value meals which doesn't equal the value of $29.64 but I figured a few dollars isn't a big deal. I then returned the following Sunday to use one of the coupons, I also purchased a medium 3 pc chicken tenders meal, and mozerrella sticks with marinara. I wait about another 10 minutes assuming fresh food but when I received my food everything was fresh but the fries were straight up cold and they didn't give me my marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. Clearly the coupons come from corperate so one would think when they receive one they would ensure the food is fresh but that cost me an additional $14.08 at this point its clear I'm going to get cold or old food regardless so I would just like a full refund for all the food totaling $43.72Customer response

1359 S Main St, Adrian, MI 49221 is the Arbys address, I have already submitted a receipt to Arbys for the first order, the second order I did not receive but know they can look it up via debit card number.Business response
