This company makes it impossible to delete your personal information and gives you the run around when you request it deleted. Their customer support is terrible and frankly, their food is, too.Review from Amanda B

Negligent.Dominos has a website where customers create accounts, put in personal information and place orders, however, there is no technical support in place for things that go wrong or do not work properly. Their customer support is operating at a level far below the competition in that there is only a BOT in place, not a real person to help in times of need. Just order pizza from a competitor. It will taste better and be less of a hassle. Heck, just compare the website ordering processes. Dominos takes a long time and it should be able to place orders within seconds. Catch up Dominos!! It is 2024, not 1974!!! It is pure negligence that you do not have both customer service support AND technical support.Domino's Pizza Response

I received an email on 2/15/24 from Domino's telling me I had a limited time (until 2/26/24) to redeem a free Emergency Pizza. I was excited because my b'day was 2/16. I didn't redeem the offer on the 16th because we had bad weather in my town and ice freezing on the roads. On Saturday, 2/17/24 I was looking forward all day to getting a free pizza. Late in the afternoon I logged in to my Member's account. There was no free pizza to be redeemed. I had redeemed an offer for a free Emergency pizza on 2/10/24. Turns out, each member account can only receive ONE Emergency pizza. Why then did Domino's send me an email FIVE days after I used that offer telling me I had a free pizza coming?! I managed to get a live person from Domino's on the phone on 2/21/24. He said Domino's was aware of the problem with the computer glitch, and was working to fix it. I asked for some compensation, like a $3 or $5 coupon off my next purchase. He said he could offer me NO compensation. I'm so mad I ended up paying for a pizza on 2/17/24. After thinking about having pizza ALL day, I placed an order for a pan pizza. It was delicious. Most of my orders from there usually are. But man, that is some ridiculously BAD customer service. Whomever decided to not take care of loyal customers that were promised a free pizza because of a COMPANY mistake should be fired, or at least demoted. C'mon Domino's, is that really your best effort??Review from Collin G

Decided to upgrade the system while customers were ordering food. They wouldnt let me redeem my points by phone and stalled until the store closed and told me too bad i cant order anything at all. They then transferred me to the store who would not answer and they refused to let me complete my order once the store closed after promising i would be allowe to complete my order. would not let me talk to a supervisor or manager. One of their drivers was also caught on camera stealing packages while delivering pizza.Review from Machelle T

I went to Domino's Pizza located at *****************************************************************. I wasn't greeted even though all the employees including the manager looked at me. They continued to talk amongst themselves, and the manager continued with his conversation on his cell phone. The female employees had their shirts tied with a knot on the back of the shirt exposing the lower part of the back. The manager finally came, and I told him I had an online order and gave my name. He told me he didn't see my order. I showed him my order on my phone, he said it would be ***** minutes. I told him no problem and told him I would pay for the order right now. He looked at me and continued his conversation on his cell phone while walking off. After waiting almost an hour without receiving my order I left and went to the location on ************ in ********, **. I asked for the ** and the young lady told me *** was on 90th ****** in ********, **. She called and told him I was on my way to speak with him. It took less than 10 minutes for me to get there. He left and told the young man that called him to tell me he was on his way to a meeting and to give my name and number and he would call within an hour. This was at 8:30pm on 6/30/2023 and I still haven't received a call from ***. I guess he still in that meeting. The customer service is HORRIBLE at that location. I was trying to figure out why I stopped going to Domino's Pizza and was quickly reminded. The ** at the location tried to cover for ***. He offered to make my order that I received from the 119th location. I appreciated the offer and, but the food was made in a rush. The pizza dough wasn't fully cooked, the wings were beige, and the lava cake was dry. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AND YOU CAN CLEARLY TELL. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BECAUSE GIVING ONE STAR IS BEING TO GENEROUS.Review from Ciara T

We keep getting bad service at the *********************************************************** location. We ask for pie cut and we keep getting square cuts. Maybe their pies are all squares. Also, I have asked for chicken and mushrooms with white sauce, one time I only got mushrooms. This time, yesterday (3/15/2022), I got mushrooms and chicken but with red sauce. Lucky that I am not allergic to red sauce. They could get in trouble if someone was allergic. My husband is eventually going to get tired and start ordering pizza from somewhere else. And it won't be from Dominos. He did try to call them twice yesterday to tell them about the order being incorrect, but they kept hanging up.Domino's Pizza Response

I ordered a pizza from this location, I was charged, app said being prepared. Once I arrived the door was locked and nobody was around. They dont care. Im now out $10 for the pizza and half my lunch hour. Looking at reviews it seems to be a common thing. Why are they aloud to stay in business when they steal money from customers? Ordered a Pizza from Domino's Pizza in ******,** tonight at work for dinner. First off the **************** is very Cold &sucks! Then it 45 minutes for me to get a 12" Pepperoni, Banana ****************** There was hardly any Banana Peppers or mushrooms on it. Then when they delivered it I got a phone call, from the driver,that she set it on the picnic table by one of my co-workers who was outside smoking. It was 13 degrees outside, so by the time I got my pizza it was ice cold. $26.00 for a ice cold pizza, and a 20oz bottle of ********** including tip and delivery charge. I can see Domino's filing for bankruptcy again real soon like they did in the ************Domino's Pizza Response

Spoke with the owner today. He was ****** aggressive and was lacking customer service skills. Told him I would never order his product again. Said he'd put me on a no order ( meaning I could never order from him again) and refund my money. Still hasn't refunded me. This is the last guy that should be in any kind of business, yet alone the restaurant business. Laughable?Customer Response

The worst operation. ordered a pizza using free rewards. delivery never arrives and order gets cancelled. when you call to find out what happened you get the, some other nation call center. they say their going to transfer you back to local store and you get disconnected.
