I love supporting small businesses, and I never ever write negative reviews about anybody. But this one I feel like I need to write to prevent this from happening to anyone else. ******* reached out to me after I posted about needing epoxy floors done at my house. He lives in *********** and I was surprised he came all the way to ***** to do floors. I paid a deposit >$1000. 1 hour before he was supposed to show up at my home in ***** he texted me that he was not able to make it and asked to push the job to Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him that was fine but then he never showed up on Tuesday and when I called him about Wednesday he couldnt do that either. I told him that if he would have the job finished by the following Tuesday he could still do it but otherwise I just wanted a refund (that would have been today). On Saturday he finally replied saying he couldnt do that either and would send a refund. Fine we could have still parted ways without this review. Unfortunately, he never returned the money and has stopped responding to calls and text messages. I am going to file a police report in the morning but save yourself the trouble and stress and consider this review before you use them. The communication is abysmal - and I know this is common with this type of work but this has truly been next level stressful for me. I hope this review can save someone else the stress of dealing with ******* and Unique Epoxy Creations. I wish Id listened to the other reviews but ******* seemed like a nice genuine guy when I spoke to him on the phone and told me all these people had multiple law suits against other contractors. I do not know about their cases, but in my case Im a single mom hes taken advantage of and stolen from. Will update if there is resolution.Review from Edgar T

Negative - 5 star!! So called *************************** is a scammer. Just like bottom review he will take your deposit and not show up. After deposit will come up with a lot of excuses not to show up. Him and his wife are thieves. Will tell you to write check to his wife not their so called business unique epoxy creations.

These people are completely out of their minds for slandering like this. I have texts from the guy who made this review FROM TODAY 07/31/24. Which him and I are completely cordial and that Ill see him tomorrow Thursday August 1st. Prior to this ALL OF OUR CONVERSATIONS ARE THROUGH TEXT. The week of July 22nd 2024 Houston had a week full of rain. 7+ days. After the hurricane hit us. They know good and well you can not weld or apply adhesive to TPO roofing during rain. Monday of this week (29th) my truck had a fuse melt and ruin some wiring. Not a huge fix or anything & is done now. The truck issue I had was also clearly communicated with photos and explained. ******* and his wife ******** of unique epoxy creations contracted with our small business to install epoxy flooring . We wired a deposit of$2500 and then he ghosted us, originally said he would return the deposit then stopped communicating and blocked us. We now have to take them to courtReview from Damon P

If I could make this a negative 20 I would. Hired this company to do a flat roof. The roof is leaking more now than it did before. He did the work in April 2023 and will NOT answer calls, text messages to come back to fix the roof. There is a 15 year warranty on the product and service but warranty is not good when he won't come back.Unique Epoxy Creations LLC Response

This is completely BS. 1. HE Has the same texts I do- Im coming to do a repair and assessment. As of today him and I have spoken about the schedule!?!? Reviews need to be approved before posting. This is outrageous. I have a bad score due to claims by customers that arent true. & its just posted ?? slander is legal. This customer said that they didnt have any weeks before I started the work. That is a lie. The tenant in the front of the building that I did the roof for confirmed that they have meat before I even did anything.2. They claimed to have no leaks before I arrived but that is not true, I personally asked the Chinese lady in the front of the unit we coated the roof for and she indeed confirmed it leaked. This BBB review that will just hit a company is ********. Slander and defamation is illegal and if this is the case Id gladly have my attorney file for BBB and *****.
