Purchased eye glasses from my eye care place close to my house and this is the lab they had to use for insurance purposes. I paid $85.00 for anti glare protection on my glasses back in January 2021, September 2021 the coating started to get like a fog, that would only get worse. They said I was eligible for 1 replacement from warranty. Now July 2022 the same exact thing is happening to my lenses. Contacted my eye care place and they said I was only eligible for 1 replacement, so I asked for the name and number of the lab. Called Tri State Optical, and *** the owner called me back. I explained my situation, he said that there was nothing he could do, that maybe it was my environment or the way I was cleaning them. I said Seems odd it happened at the same time last year, when it was extremely hot outside. He said is there anything else I can do for? Didn't offer any help whatsoever. So having to wait for another pair of glasses, while I can barely see out of the defective ones. BAD way of fixing the issue
