The agents are there to keep you from asking for a claims specialist. Then the specialist are so rude, they offer no help. I was told 02/02/2022, no one has reviewed my case, letter, or anything for 7 months. I am advised to keep monitoring my account. There has been no news about a delay with the **** And even so, current cases are getting reviewed and proceeded over original claims. I keep asking to have a judge review my case or have a UIA hearing, since the agents and specialist stop you.Customer Response

I am not sure if this applies to ************ location or is ******* is the central station. But, I know for certain the lack of empathy of people getting fired, not quitting in crazy. This system was designed to assist and more, but it has caused me an eviction and more. I have been waiting 7 months and found out no one is even working on it. But they are reviewing certified weeks for Jan 15-Jan 27, to deny me those weeks. But no one is reviewing my case. And the time frame has went out the window for a response or decision. This is crazy. I am not a fraud Covid claimient who was granted UIA for no reason, I worked 1 main job and 4 others during Covid, because hospital essential workers got screwed. Then I got fired for calling off FMLA....
