I went in for a procedure that was recommended to me. This wasnt any kind of an emergency situation of any kind. The recommendation did seem scary at first. I had a small mole on my face, but it had been there for years. Ever since I could remember. Anyway, when I went in for the procedure, I made sure that there wasnt gonna be any charges. When I gave them my insurance card, they said that there was an issue with the insurance. And I made it very clear that I didnt want to do any procedures at all whatsoever of any kind in anyway shape or form that would cost me any money out of pocket and that I could reschedule if they couldnt get it figured out with my insurance company. After waiting around for about 90 minutes, they eventually let me know that they got a hold of the insurance company and that everything was going to be covered as normal and we proceeded. Six months later, I got multiple bills for this procedure saying that my insurance company did not cover this procedure. Ive been desperately trying to get a hold of somebody there with no avail. I cant get any calls back. I get bills with no phone number on them to get a hold of anybody trying to get me to fill out something and line that I dont have a password for Im upset and confused and I dont understand why this is happening. I want somebody to call me and resolve this issue before it becomes a Credit issue for me. Please helpInitial Complaint

I went to Henry **** *************** Dermatology located at ******************************************************************************************* for a consultation to have skin tags removed from my ********** pits on March 8, 2023. At the consultation, ************ told me that because of the number of skin tags that needed to be removed, that I needed to schedule another appointment to have the skin tags removed. I was told that I would be billed for an office call. I scheduled the appointment for May 10, 2023. When arrived for my appointment, they put a topical numbing cream on the skin tags and *********** cut them off with scissors. Not a very professional way to remove them. I was left bleeding on the exam table for over 30 minutes after she had finished. They told me they were just waiting for the bleeding to stop.I received a bill for $93.63 dated 5/30/23, which I paid. Then I received another bill for $228.21 dated 8/28/23. This bill is charging per skin tag removed, I believe this is in addition to the office call. I believe that I am being over billed and taken advantage of. I already paid what I agreed to pay for the office call. I was never told that I would be billed for each skin tag removed. If they had told me that, I would have cut them off myself. I was told that I would be billed for an office call. This was not the truth.I believe that I am being over charged $228.21 and request your help to have this bill removed.
