I have NO idea what these people are talking about. I have ordered several pillows, and I have gotten all positive thanks you from my friends. I gave two sorry for your loss (dog) pillows and 4 to my girl friends, (friends for ever) different ones and I swear they are perfect, seen them, and so much appreciated. I am getting ready to purchase Mothers day and Fathers day now. I also ordered a **** / granddaughters shirt. So I suggest to try it again. I feel they stand behind their products. I have had no problems with shipping anywhere,If I ever do have a problem, I Will write again. PROMISE !**********Review from Joyce W

It's a scam my item never came. They kept saying they're sending an email to track several times never happened going on a month still no item. i requested money back they said they can return shipping payment that is some bs please stay away from site what a big mistake.Review from Josefina E

On August 15 I ordered three Forever Pillow 14" x 14" ($37.73). On August 20 I entered into Famvibe website and there said the package left *****.I was ill and today (September 12), I found out I didn't receive what I purchased. I entered again into Famvibe website, tracked the package and there says: "Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee", on August 29 (or 30).And I didn't receive what I ordered and paid. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!I wonder if Famvibe is *****************, because I didn't receive what I purchased. I sent today a message by e-mail explaining all that and at the end of the message I wrote: "I want what I ordered or, instead, my money back. And I hope you'll reply this message telling me what you will do, asap."Review from Jill D

The time line for the delivery is very misleading. I was expecting 5-7 days after submission. However it was a day shy of 13 days, 1 day shy of 2 weeks.The wording and the design were very nice and professionally created. Overall, the recipient was happy with the product. I really hope this is legit. I ordered this am. I thought I gave my son's # for DELIVERY questions. He got 3 texts about the order. I sent a message telling them to please contact me with order info. Only text son re delivery. Waiting for a reply. Wondering if I should contact my cc company. I want this to be genuine....love the advertised pillow.Review from June D.

Scammed after calling and speaking to someone In ********. ** address is in *******! After waiting a month I thought Id better call. They wanted my COMPLETE number not just the last four. Told them that was illegal and going to report them to BBB. **mpletely a scam! Had ordered a pillow 11/1/2022. **mpany phone number is address is .A sad world we live in to be treated so bad! It's going on two weeks now with no delivery of a birthday gift pillow. FamVibe most certainly received my payment. I reached out via live chat that doesn't work. Contacting FamVibe through email several times I received an email back titled "Urgent request" but nothing officially form FamVibe. In the email I was given two tracking numbers that *** does not recognize nor have in their system. This is a sham company, they've stolen my money intended for a little girls special birthday. Horrible experience. I feel lied to my time was exploited. The rep was very disrespectful towards the end. Came up with his own conclusions about what I needed. And closed me out of the chat room stating that it was due to inactivity. I needed answers and after speaking with 3 different reps no one could tell me what was going on with my order. Then it ends up its in *****. How can you process an order and deliver it in two days from *****? Why tell me to wait for the order if you know you cannot order the agreement? I was not happy with how this was handled. It was unprofessional to keep me waiting for an item you knew was not going to make it on time. If you tell me ahead of time that you could not honor your agreement I could have gone to another company. Not I am left with no items and no time to get it from another company.Review from Mikeicia S

Pros: My items arrived. The shirts looked just as pictured. The shirts are of good quality. **************** responded to my inquiries in a timely manner by email. I received tracking numbers and was able to track my shipments.Cons: I ordered 2 identical mother-daughter shirts in 2 different sizes...I received 1 shirt within 2 weeks (in time for Mother's Day) and the 2nd shirt arrived 1 and a 1/2 weeks after that (AFTER Mother's Day). The 1st shirt shipped from ***...the 2nd identical shirt shipped from *****. The only contact with customer service is an email or a live chat. The tracking number received for the 2nd shirt shows it sitting in China for at least 2 weeks. Once I began inquiring about the shipment all of a sudden the status changed to "waiting for a flight" from *****. This was very disappointing.
