*** contacted the company through the email provided on the return/refund directions multiple times. They dont have a phone # listed. The battery life of the face piece is significantly less than the chest piece and is getting worse. Ive had the product for almost the ************************************************************************************************************************** product. Ive also tried to register the product using the this form hyperlink as the instructions direct, and it only brings up a blank page (Ive tried multiple devices).Initial Complaint

I purchase an led mask from the company the first week of may. The following week I received a product that did not work. I sent videos and descriptions as requested and they said they would send a new remote in 3 weeks. I said that was not acceptable and wanted a refund. They declined to refund and said I had to send the replacement remote back before they could do anything despite the fact that the replacement had not shipped yet. I finally received the replacement remote and the product still does not work. The company has not responded to my phone calls or an email sent yesterday. I know I am expecting quick response time but this company has held on to nearly $250 for a month despite shipping a defective product.
