Door-to-door salespeople came to my home from WeatherGard, whom I normally turn away. I had decided to install French doors and replace a sliding door. I went scheduled a salesperson to come back and provide a quote. Oddly, they insisted that my wife had to be present for the sales process. This was difficult, as we own multiple businesses and our schedules do not always align. On the initial scheduled time, I had to cancel, my wife was unavailable. I decided not to contact them again. They contacted me, and I explained the concern. I was told they could schedule without her. I made another appointment and stayed home. They did not show up for the meetingno call, nothing. I called two hours of waiting. The operator said she would inform the relevant people. This was Wednesday, October 23rd. On Monday, October 28th, they called me again. The person on the phone seemed clueless to had happened and said the meeting was not confirmed. She tried to schedule another appointment. I explained the situation again. She insisted both homeowners had to be present. I informed her that I own the home, so the homeowner would be there. She asked if my wife was part of decision-making, which seemed odd. We've been married for 26 years and agree on projects, but we don't meet contractors together due to our schedules. So, we did not schedule an appointment.Two days later, WeatherGard called again to schedule an appointment. I explained the situation once more. This time, the person acted like she could schedule it, but then transferred me to the same person I spoke with on Monday, who gave the same speech. I repeated my concerns, and she said she would ask senior management. She came back with the same answer. I asked why they were wasting my time by persistently calling, and said I would now call other companies as I had originally intended. I highly recommend not answering your door if WeatherGard comes to visit. They wasted a lot of my time, which I don't have to spare.

Highly recommend due to the courtesy, professionalism and no pressure sales tactics. The sales *** was very knowledgeable, laid back, and didnt try and upsell me. He listened to my needs and provided me with easy to understand options. I had no intention of buying today, but I feel confident I made the right choice to do so without ever once feeling as if I was being manipulated into doing so. Exceeded every expectation I had.

**** took all the time we wanted to explain the differences in WeatherGuard windows vs several other competitors. Explained how their windows can impact efficiency in heating. It was really helpful to see their product- brought in a full window and the glass to see compared to a side by side example of standard standard frame. Appreciated how thoroughly he answered all our questions, tested our windows on UV, visibility, infrared, and heat storage and showed the difference with their product. It was really helpful how honest he was about the pros and cons of various products on the market. He was also just really nice and let us have a minute to privately discuss our decision. Gave overall helpful tips about what to expect for the installation process too. Learned a few things!

The salesman **** ********* did an excellent job explaining how their windows work and showing how it would save me energy costs in the long run. Was impressed that they were not just standard grade windows. His explanation of how long it would take to install, and the lifetime guarantee was greatly appreciated.

Definitely the Best windows Ive seen. Solid construction, amazing design, airtight and energy efficient!! The biggest surprise was how much more quite the house is. When your neighbors dog love to bark!! Oh boy!! Does it make a difference!! Made right here in ******** was also big for us!! The installers were amazing. The clean up was perfect! Couldnt be happier!!
