Purchased ammunition on 4/24/2022 for a total of $472.45. The sellers website did not State that they would not ship ammunition to Long Island in ************** so I placed the order. **** contacted me and offered a partial refund saying they were keeping 3% for my credit card. I explained I would not have ordered if I knew that they did not ship to my home in **************. He did not care and said that I would be getting a 97% refund for something that was a mistake and false advertising on their end. Can you please ask them to refund back my 3% charge of $13.76? Yesterday morning we received an email regarding the complaint referenced above. We have contacted the customer and extended the refund to make them whole in the transaction in which they accepted. We can forward the email if needed. Thank you!Best,Mr Gun Dealer
