I purchase a item through Amazon . The purchase price with taxes was 202. 88 ...I recieved the part took it to my mechanic ..He called the next morning told me it was the wrong part....I picked it up the following afternoon.... had to ship it back by *** , I was charged ****** to send back the item...I call MBI Auto about the cost on my end to ship back. They told me that I was responsible for the return cost.. I feel that Im owed money for the cost of the return and the item from when I purchased it.. They recieved a brand new part back .. I recieved nothing ...I lost out on ****** + ****** which totals to be ****** ..... I feel that Im owed some money here... how many other customers have cheated out of there hard earned money... I am sorry to hear that you purchased the wrong part for your 2010 Pontiac G6. The title from the listing you purchased from states: MBI AUTO - Primered, Front Bumper Cover for 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 Pontiac G6, GM1000731
We were not aware that you had an issue with your order until you had already opened a return request on Amazon and sent the bumper back for a refund. We could have gone over an exchange for the correct bumper but we were not given the chance to offer that as a resolution. As a vendor on Amazon, our policy is that we do not offer free returns and we do not advertise that a free return is expected. When your return was opened on July 25th it was stated under the return reason that the bumper was bought wrong. Return information such as our address and RMA are automatically replied to return requests where a customer indicates the wrong item was bought. There was no contact made prior to you choosing to pay the $170.42 to send this part back nor was it ever agreed that return shipping costs would be refunded back to you. On August 2nd, we received the package from *** and a full refund of $202.88 was issued back to your original payment method used. We did explain to you over the phone that we cannot issue a refund for more than the purchase price of an order.

Dear Sir or Madam:Included is a timeline of events and communications regarding **** order # ************** 6/23: Placed Order 6/25: Order status showed as Shipped 6/29: ****** stated there was a system error and my order would ship next day. 6/30: Order never shipped 7/01: Received response from MBI Auto indicating the item was out of stock and was being painted, 10 days after placing my order and 3 days after being told it was being shipped the next day due to an error. 7/01: Contacted MBI Auto asking when I could expect the part to be shipped as I did not want to cancel my order. MBI Auto had other listing on **** for the exact part & 040 color code for my model and year of vehicle showing not out of stock. 7/04: ***** tracking continues to show my part has yet to be shipped after nearly 2 weeks after purchasing the part. I have not received any further communication from the company on the status of my order and inquired about an alternative part (Premium) that was in stock and could be shipped or a potential discount or expedited shipping for the inconvenience of receiving incorrect information and delays on multiple occasions. Its not too much to ask for accurate information and timely shipping from a seller when a buyer has done everything in their power to communicate with the seller to find a reasonable solution to receive the item they purchased as expected from a highly rated and recommended **** seller. Ask:Please help me understand what happened from the time I placed my order to its current status and when it will be shipped and estimated delivery date. As a buyer what can I expect from your company to hold itself accountable for all of these mistakes and take responsibility to make this right for the buyer without the only option given being to cancel my order which is something I do not wish to do. We apologize for the miscommunication on your order. Per our phone call, we have upgraded your order to a PREMIUM, which means your bumper will NOT be folded. As long as your order passes through our quality control department, it should ship by the end of this week. This order will now ship through R&L freight, your new tracking number is WP4397013. Once the item ships out of our facilities, you should be able to track it right to your door with the tracking number provided. Please let us know if you have any other questions. If we do not hear back from you with any other requests we will consider this complaint resolved. I appreciate your understanding with this matter.

I purchased a front bumper from MBI Auto through ***** It did not fit. I asked for a refund. They asked for photo of bumper and sticker. I submitted. **** issued a return label which could not be downloaded nor printed. and is attached. I went to Chat on ***** The result was ridiculous as you will be able to tell from the transcript attached.Business response

Hi ******, we are very sorry about the hassle on returning the item. This bumper was purchased through **** and the return label was also issued through ****. The communication you had about the label issue was with **** not our company directly, we are very sorry they were not the most helpful. We did reach out to you directly on 7/7/23 and you mentioned you had been able to return the bumper, we explained we did not want to cause any more delays and issued you a full refund right away. We did not wait to receive the item back so you had no delays in getting your money back. We hope this was the best way to resolve this issue.

I purchased a painted rear bumper for a ***** acura tsx. I received the bumper but the bumper was improper size and did not fit my car properly. I provided evidence that the bumper was not correct size and the service rep apologized and agreed to take back the bumper for a full refund. The business has since stopped communicating in good faith to reach the appropriate solution. Order #*********
