      Dear *** or Madam,I have had the Kalamazoo Gazette delivered to our home for approximately 15 years. When I came home from vacation at the end of July, we didn't receive any papers, which sometimes happens, however the month of August, September, November and December no papers were delivered. I have called each month at least twice per month, always the same information, sorry we can only credit you back for three weeks, we will hand this off to a manager, look for the paper on your next delivery. The paper is only delivered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday. My Charges for each month are as follows: August $59.96, September $59.96, October $82.95, November $74.95. there was no charge in December. I cannot get anyone to tell me if they deliver the paper in our area anymore. If not, I will simply cancel the subscription. I would still like to receive the paper.       On 11/03/2022 I responded to a advertised special for a Sunday only Grand Rapids Press delivery and for $0.99 per week and was charged as follows 11/03 11/03 MLIVE MEDIA GROUP ************ MI $51.48 On 11/23/2022 I was sent a bill for payment saying I was only paid through 11/23/2022. I tried calling there customer service I was transferred to someone in ******. Was not getting a resolution to problem and asked to speak to supervision and put on hold waited several minutes with no response hung up and called back and asked to talk to someone in ****** and told not possible again asked for supervisor and was given a big run a round. Would like a resolution to this problem and also a reason I am not able to talk to someone in my own country.

      An Mlive distributor is throwing papers out of a car that become litter on my street. The neighborhood is predominantly rentals and the tenants do not feel responsible for cleaning up messes that are not theirs. So they lay there and get soggy and run over. They do no get read. As I write there is a fresh batch of this litter on my street sitting out in the rain. I complained in January of 2020 and for two years the distribution of litter on my street stopped. I would like Mlive to desist from throwing this litter out on the streets that responsible citizens like me have to clean up. I am an online subscriber to Mlive

      We are signed up to receive the printed GR press paper and in the middle of the billing period the paper quit coming after numerous repeated attempts to get the paper delivered to no avail. The contract renewed so they have our prior money and our money for going forward but we never get the paper hear anything from them so we either need the paper to be delivered as contracted including the past papers or some other fair resolution.

      On 5/18/22 paid for a year subscription. Received the paper for about 6 weeks and then they quit bringing the paper. I have called the press every Sunday and Monday and they will credit my account and will get the paper next Sunday but it never happens. They promise a replacement paper but none comes. They said they will investigate but don't

      Canceled gazette for my mom(she passed) on August 13 refund was to be $147.00. Have called 8 times with a different story each time.       Failing to be delivered the ************* when it is paid for. It has been a month and a half since we received a paper and the delivery was spotty at best for about 8 months prior The paper will not refund our money. We have made numerous complaints and have asked for a call back from someone in charge but have not ever received a call. We would like a full refund from them

      MLive has been dumping trash in my yard for the past few years in the form of their ********** Best paper. I have repeatedly asked for this to be stopped, and every time I get told a new response (we'll update your preferences, I'll talk to a manager, I'll communicate this with our delivery people, etc.). This has been going on for years, and it still has not stopped.

      I have been trying to stop delivery for 2 years of the Sunday MLive. We do not have an account. We have called & sent emails but still the paper gets delivered. What do you do when a business keeps delivering even though we have tried to stop many times. When on-line you can unsubscribe but apparently there is no recourse to the business after we ask to stop a printed edition. It is a safety hazard, a waste of resources and just plain littering on our property.

      This situation has going on for quite some time, at least 3 years. I have contacted MLive multiple time via phone and email. So the reason for my complaint is that I have requested to have the weekly paper at my address to be cancelled. There are a few reasons why. First, I do not read the paper, second I am sick and tired of having this paper thrown in water, in the road, in my neighbors lawn or my neighbors paper thrown in my lawn. The men who deliver this paper drive down our street above speed limit throwing the papers out of the car window with zero regards as to where it lands. Each time I call and speak to someone or email they say they will cancel the paper, yet I still keep getting it. No one will make it stop. I am not the olny person on my street or in my neightborhood that has the same complaint. I am not sure why MLive continues to employ the two men.
