My roof was replaced in June, in October I noticed damaged from Northern sapsucker bird by creating holes in a limbs above my roof which allowed sap to drip onto the shingles, which then the sapsucker created a hole in my shingles for the sap. How crazy, called Kali with the intention that the repair would be an expected cost. One week later a crew of 8 very competent employees that installed the roof earlier arrived to see the damage. One hour later they repaired The deck and I could not tell where the repairs were. They did not stress any of the existing area because they glued down the repaired shingles and repaired minor holes with caulk and rock to match the existing shingles. I have done roof work myself but this work they did was extremely unique and professional. I am in the construction industry myself, and I have never seen a crew/business being so responsible and so capable in the last 40 years. I can't thank them enough.

Skyline Exteriors did an outstanding job on my roof! They efficiently removed the old layers and replaced my skylight window, all in a single day. The team was not only skilled and professional but also incredibly friendly and open throughout the process. I appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. The weather the day they came out was brutal. Heat index was above 100 in the humidity was above 70%. There was even a downpour that was unexpected that came about 3/4 of the way through the installation process. Through it all they got succeeded with flying colors. Quality work performed. Once the tear-off of the original roof was started, it was discovered that there was extensive damage to the SIP structure of the house. The team worked through the complications and still completed the roofing job in one day. Reasonable price adjustment resulted from additional scope of the project.Skyline Exteriors LLC Response
