On march 23, I placed an order for a pair of shoes from this company and was guaranteed they would arrive within a month, with my order number *******. After over a month, I reached out to locate my order only to be told it was out of stock. I had never been contacted to be notified, and never would have heard anything had I not reached out first .Immediately after I placed my order, my bank account was hacked, and over $1,000 drained from my checking and savings accounts to the point I had to change my card numbers to stop the fraud. I have no doubt this company perpetrated the fraud, as I never use my card or card numbers any where but at work. I have continuously reached out to them to try to get either my shoes or my money, but they keep giving me the run around. I am still having trouble with my accounts due to the fraud they committed. I want my money back at this point to my new card, and I want to stop anyone else from falling victim to this fraudulent company if at all possible.Initial Complaint

On 11/26/2022 I ordered a cat sweatshirt that was pictured with blue print and also listed as blue in the item description. On 12/20 I emailed them saying what I received was a purple sweatshirt not blue. They replied and they asked for photos of the sweatshirt. 12/21 I uploaded the photos which clearly shows it is purple and not blue. They replied back We are really sorry about this issue. Due to using different monitors and light effects, the actual item color might be slightly different from the pictures on the website. Could you please keep the package and we will refund 60%?I replied back immediately and said that was not acceptable. I included a screen shot of their website listing and description stating the shirt is blue. I asked for 100% refund and a prepaid shipping label to send it back since it was their mistake. They have not replied since. I sent another email today 12/26 and asked for a refund again and included a picture of their refund policy and stated that I was filing a complaint against them with the BBB.
