We were struggling to sell our home until Lacey and the team came in and took over. They made a big effort to market our place and actually sold it fairly quickly. I would highly recommend Rachel M for selling or buying a home. She did her homework on my home before we met with comparable homes prices in the area. Rachel was always there for any questions to be answered. Simply put we’re not selling a home everyday and she knows what is going on to sell or buy a home. Thanks to Shannon as well doing the work behind the scenes. Was always informed on the process of selling my home.Review from Scott H

Rachel helped us with a home transaction about 4 years ago, when we built and sold our house and then the buyers sold their house. A 3 way transaction that she completed seamlessly. Rachel Major is the best, my wife and I had been on the market for a house for months with no success until we used Rachel to help us out. The first house she helped us put an offer in on and we got it, for under asking price I might add. The whole process was made so easy with their help. I was referred to Major Homes by a friend, and they did NOT disappoint! We worked with Lacey for the purchase of our first home, and she was very informative, knowledgeable and flexible. Anytime we wanted to look at a house, she made the time. Shannon also kept us in the loop during the homebuying process and made herself available as needed. The whole process went very quickly. It was very smooth and easy to work with Lacey B, our agent, even in a very tight and competitive market area we wanted. We had a specific location in mind, and Lacey helped us explore the different housing options that allowed us to narrow down and determine what would best suit us. As I write this, we are still in shock and surprise by how quickly and successfully our home search in Jenison came to its conclusion. Lacey went the extra mile in negotiating through a FBO option for us and soon we will be moving into a home and neighborhood that suits our needs fully. We couldn't be happier and her lifelong knowledge of the area helped her connect so well to the seller on our behalf. We benefited from her recommendations on all aspects of the home buying process. Shannon in the office guided us smoothly through all the paperwork. They led us efficiently and effortlessly through a stressful housing market and we are so thankful for their knowledge and skill.
