Bought on 5/11/24 for ******. Invoice # ******. Has a 30 day warranty that unfairly stipulates a 20 minute travel time for a technician. Renting a U-Haul for each trip will cost 150 each time. More than willing to pay the extra 10 minutes each way to compensate the technician fairly. Apparently Not good enough for them. Basically told me to go to h*** I now have a 583 dollar boat anchor instead of a Frigidaire stack washer dryer. UnghBusiness response

As explained to the customer, the shop doesn't have any responsibility for the appliance once they leave the store. The appliances belong to a vendor and it's a third party warranty. We will honor the warranty if he brings it back to the repair facility as printed in the warranty paperwork the customer received upon purchase.
