Bought a zero turn **** deer lawn mower. It was stated it had less than 150 hours on its history. This was bought in early August. last week it stopped working. the 30 day warranty is after 30 days and they want to charge more than the **** deer dealership to look at it!! It does not even have a dozen cuts on our yard. This is really bad business not to mention we paid alot of money to have a reliable piece of machinery to care for our new yard. Having just moved we now have to figure out another local company to help us. They are not standing by their equipment and not willing to make things right. This is terrible business and leaving a new local resident high and dry. We would like to file a formal complaint that they sell faulty equipment that breaks down. The **** Deer dealership is charging $250.00 to pick it up, look at it and drop it off. we are hoping that is the full amount. We feel ****** should cover that.Business response

Sorry for the late response, we sold a used mower to ******************* prior to this review. He was told it had a 30 day warranty and we communicated with him anytime that he has called. 2 months after purchasing, a plastic pulley broke. He called and asked if we could service it for him in which we gave him our labor rate with no formal quote. He said that he already had another appointment with another shop and that is the last we had heard from him. ***** never expressed displeasure from us or asked for anything more than the service we provided which is why this is a surprise. Also after seeing this review, I reached out to him and asked for him to call me back in which he chose not to. This doesnt seem fair to write a negative review when a wearable part on a used mower brakes after 2 months.
