Home Owner Beware!3/18/2023 - Installation of Exterior kitchen door, kitchen picture window, 2 side window's and family room slider. The Good - Sales, installation and repair personnel are courteous and friendly.The Bad - Water damaged wood and exterior door trim molding broken during tear out, was not repaired but only covered over with Aluminum trim and caulk. Stained interior picture window trim was damaged during tear out of original window. Unstained 3/4"x1/2" trim mold was installed to replace damaged trim. Was told I would have to stain it. Thresh hold on new Exterior entry door was not adjusted after install i.e., air gap between thresh hold and bottom door seal. Exterior door handle was installed on interior side of door. These were repaired by the service technician.The Ugly -First picture window installed was found to be defective i.e., cloudy with particles in between the glass panes. Window was replaced. Exterior entry door was found to be defective i.e., warped door causing air leak around door seal. New door ordered and installed. This door had same issue with air leaks around door seal. Door seals were replaced, did not fix problem. Sent pictures of door and door casing alignment to warranty department at Window World (11/20/23). To date, (1/31/24), I still have a drafty entry door, worse than the original door it replaced, and after several calls, I still do not have a scheduled appointment for inspection. Placed phone call to owner of Window World. Five business days now and have not received a return call.Poor communication, poor customer service, and defective products requiring replacement.I do not recommend buying from this company!

We are very happy we chose Window World to replace our 31 year old windows! From our first meeting with their salesman through the installation process - we worked with pleasant people who obviously enjoy their work & value their employers. Everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. You can tell that the entire organization is one team that supports each other. We had questions along the ********** were quick to respond to us & even send someone to check on one issue, putting our minds at ease. We are actually disappointed that weve replaced all our windows & dont have a need to work with this company again - so we highly recommend you do! While well miss working with Window World we dont miss our drafty wood windows that had become difficult to open. Our eleven new ****************************** are definitely making a difference in keeping our home cooler in the summer & warmer in winter. Theyve also cut down the outdoor noise & are extremely easy to maintain compared to the.old double hung ones they replaced. You wont regret choosing Window for your home remodeling project!

Don. 12-25-23 Window World was professional from the beginning to the end. The initial contact was courteous and without pressure. The replacement measuring was friendly and quick. The installers were neat, quick, and a pleasure to work with. 24 windows installed in 5 hours by 3 workers. Impressive. We would recommend Window World to anyone who is considering replacement windows.

We had 3 double hung windows installed and these guys were in and out in 45 minutes. Very prompt and courteous. Fantastic service.

We had 20 windows replaced. The guys only took about 5 hours and left no mess. They said it would take about 16 weeks from the time we made the down payment to the time of installation, but it was only about 10 weeks.
