I contracted TD Services to put in new windows, roof, siding and a screened in porch because of his rating with the Better Business Bureau. Permits were pulled and the work was completed. Inspection by ******* Township was made. On July 1 I opened the cottage and realized there was water damage to my laminate floor. Upon further inspection I could see black mold on the knotty pine around the fire place. I had my son in law go up on the roof and take pictures. There was no flashing or saddle around the chimney so the roof has been leaking since the job was completed. Since it is a summer place did not find the issue until July 2022. Called ***************** and sent pictures of the missing flashing. He said he would make it right within the next two weekends. Have called at least a dozen times and left messages with no response. He never came or followed up on this issue. My son in law tarred around the chimney to stop the leaking and further damage. My knotty pine paneling around the fire place needs mold remediation as does the laminate floor and the chimney needs to have a saddle or flashing installed to correct this problem.Business response

Ive been in and out of the doctors and had a lot of family issues lately. I have a hard time getting around with one bad leg. I will come and look at the issue and see what the cause is. Feel free to call me at **************Customer response

TD Services has been telling
Me for months that they were going to come out and fix my roof and the leak that was caused because they did not flash the chimney. Now I have black mold.
This issue with his leg is a recent event and I am looking at approximately $10,000 worth of damage due to his negligence. He has been telling me for months that he was going to make it right and yet to date absolutely nothing has been done.
Please advise what the next step is to move forward.
