They are crooks, they are in system with our insurance, yet they over charged by 4 thousand dollars, it's been months trying to get this corrected, yet every time I call, it's always an excuse with them, I'm looking into getting an attorney and getting my money back. Stay away from Aspen dental in ****** **

I've had 2 appointments canceled at the last minute. My dentures have not fit correctly for months, with them canceling I have lost 2 days paid and the cost of medical ************ cost for all there s**** *** is over $400 out of my pocket for nothing. Small claims court is my next move So stay away from Aspen Dental.

Beyond terrible! The staff is so rude! Their lab made my dentures and I have had teeth break off. As recently as 10/30/24, I was told I had to pay for an office visit in order for them to repair my dentures , which are still under warranty! Stay away from this business! They are shysters! Not only is their work over priced, its shoddy!

No - just no to Aspen Dental in ****** *******. Aspen Dental left me waiting for several hours. My appt was at 8:00 am this morning 10/21/2024. I was called back to the chair at 8:15 for my cleaning and then the cavity that needs to be filled. I was told that my hygienist could not numb with with a shot until the dentist came into the office. At 8:45 the dentist arrived. I was given two shots. My cleaning was completed. at 9:30 I needed one more shot at that time because the shots were starting to wear off. I was placed back into the lobby and was told to wait and they will call me when they were ready for the cavity to be filled. at 10:00 I was still in the lobby - and no one was updating me - at that time I decided I needed to reschedule the rest of the appt - I had all ready missed several hours of work - I stood at the receptionist desk from 10:00 to 10:10. I could see the two people that were to be ******* the front desk standing off to the side talking. No interest in making sure someone was paying attention to the front desk - at 10:10 - I left he building. No one has even called to verify I am okay from Aspen dental (8 hours later). How do I get my money back for a procedure that never happened?

Sturgis Michigan: If I could give less that a "1"rating then I certainly would! The staff and business as a whole are the most unprofessional people I've ever met! I was given an overall price for services at my appointment. The second visit I was told that it had been coded incorrectly and now I would need to pay an additional $480 00! Then when I came to my appointment today after being told that I could pay $530 today and the balance at my next appointment, was told that I would instead need to pay the full $1028.00! I was told this was a policy that was relayed to them by their regional manager. They claimed to have attempted to call me to "update me" but the only call I received, (with no mention of payments) was the one I recieved to confirm my appointment! I am a manager at my job and had to schedule this appointment well in advance because taking time off work is very difficult for me! And of course when requesting to speak with the regional manager was told that she was unavailable. Then the lady proceeded to patronize me at which I replied with some colorful language as this is completely unacceptable and i had a RIGHT to be furious! Their number one concern is money, which is totally contradictive to what they advertise!

Please do not ever go to this place for any kind of Dentalcare. They will scam you and tell you you need things that you do not need. Went there today and the dentist said I needed four new crowns and two cavities filled and I had just been to my dentist and none of that was true. They are scammers and looking for insurance money. Do not go here.

They are a rip off paid everything up front what insurance wouldnt pay from extractions and dentures and now I need my permanent dentures they wont see me till I pay more and they are sitting on ******* of my money yet bs Ill go else where and get my permanent denture. This was in ****** wi

Muscatine office,IA scheduled an appointment, confirmed via email, drove all the way down there just to find out the secretary gave away my slot. Then she lied to me about leaving a voice mail. Never received one, or a call to let me know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do not go to ASPEN DENTAL IN ********, **! The dentist there will do whatever he can to get your child alone with him. I was made to pay before even being seen and we ended up leaving without having anything done. The dentist was determined I leave my DISABLED child with him in the room and I go to the waiting room. When I refused, he wouldn't treat him, although we already paid $78. I grabbed my son and we just left, because no amount of money is worth leaving my child alone in a room with that guy!The place is sketchy and that I'm convinced the dentist is a *********. Wish I would have seen all the reviews and lawsuits before wasting my time and money there; money for nothing but a traumatic experience for my boy! So upset and of course corporate won't ever respond or call back. For the love of God, PLEASE don't take your kids there!

Aspen dental on **************** a beautiful clean facility. The manager is very professional cardio and cares about our clients and her office. All her associates are very nice hospitable and caring and give great customer service. I was very happy with my work I got dental implants hygienist did a deep cleaning and whitening on my teeth, it was a wonderful job but thank you so so much ***** the manager is very awesome. Keep up the good work and thank you Aspen.
