***************************** is my primary care physician. Her office bills through a billing company PayMyDoctor.com. I've had trouble with the billing company not updating their records to reflect correct balances to match with the physician's office and they *********** not do anything to help me, so I have been paying my physician directly with my credit card. The ****************** has received payments for all services rendered and say they can't provide me with a payment history or balance. I'm in the process of a loan to discover that the billing company has placed a collection note on my credit report (I haven't received a letter). I have contacted my physician's office and they're telling me it is out of their hands and the paymydoctor.com site that I've used in the past is no longer available. If I can't get resolution with your help, I will retain legal council to correct the account information and file for damages caused by construction loan delays and as the result of the inaccurate credit reporting and collections causing bad data and higher rates.
