We purchased a new soft water unit from this company and they came out and installed that which we were happy with but the work order also contained removing an old filter and splicing the line and they did not complete that half of the work order. We called and asked that they complete that portion of the work order and the person my wife spoke to said that they would have someone call. A week later. We still had not heard from them so I called and complained and asked for someone to contact ** and a week later still no one has called. Half of the work order is incomplete yet they have all of our money

I am sorry to hear that everything wasn't completed.
to my knowledge Mohre Soft Water was to install a new water softener and disconnect a older filter and reconnect the 1/4-inch line at no extra charge, due to the fact that neither we or the homeowner couldn't get that filter anymore.
When the Installer was there, he was asked to replace it with a different filter house the homeow0ner had purchased. not aware beforehand the tech did not have all the fitting needed to complete that installation of the filter housing
I have since reached out and the extra work that the homeowner wanted to be done is now done.
